Unlike many survey firms, PLS Surveys possess the added dimension of a comprehensive Site Engineers service. Our specialist teams have extensive experience performing topographical, precise measurement and building dimensional surveys together with the setting-out of buildings and structures.

Our Engineers can deliver site engineering either in isolation or in conjunction with topographic land surveying, railway technical services or sub-surface scanning. Many of our clients have found our ability to readily combine these different services to be extremely valuable.

Setting Out and Levelling Services

By using the very latest robotic equipment a one-man survey approach can be adopted. This not only saves time and eliminates errors due to poor communication, it also keeps rates competitive for our clients. Design information is readily uploaded onto the instrument and set out in real time.
